Ingredients

  • Spray Oil for cooking
  • 2 400g Scotch fillets
  • 2 cups (160g) Coleslaw mix
  • 1/3 cup (100g) Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Seeded mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Hot English mustard
  • 1/2 cup (10g) Rocket
  • 1 sachet (30g) MAGGI Roast Meat Gravy

Instructions

  • Heat a griddle pan, spray with oil and cook steaks for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Set aside for 3 minutes to rest.
  • Meanwhile in a large bowl combine coleslaw mix, Mayonnaise and mustards. Fold through rocket.
  • Make MAGGI Roast Meat Gravy according to packet instructions; serve with steaks and coleslaw.
