1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped green onion
1 tsp (5 mL) finely grated lemon zest
1 package gnocchi, prepared according to package directions

Instructions
Preheat broiler to high. Set oven rack to highest position.
Arrange salmon and asparagus on foil-lined baking sheet; brush with oil and season with pepper. Broil 5-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, stir together soup, milk, green onions, and lemon zest until smooth. Bring to simmer over medium heat.Stir cooked gnocchi into sauce; simmer 2-3 minutes longer.
To serve, lay asparagus over gnocchi, top with salmon filet.
