Ingredients

  • To taste, salt and pepper
  • 75 g (2 ½ oz) boneless, skinless home-or store-roasted chicken
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) Compliments Whipped Dressing
  • 1 cranberry baguettine
  • 1 15-gram (½ oz) slice of pre-sliced smoked Gouda
  • 1 leaf of leaf lettuce

Instructions

  • Slice baguettine in half lengthwise.
  • Spread whipped dressing on both halves.
  • Top one half with roasted chicken.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with cheese and lettuce.
  • Close sandwich.
  • Replace roasted chicken by thinly sliced chicken or turkey breast, available from the deli counter.
  • Replace cranberry baguettine by a whole wheat baguettine.
