  • 1-1/2 cups crushed kettle-cooked potato chip s
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
  • 4 cod fillet s (1 lb./450 g)

Instructions

  • 1. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place crushed chips in shallow dish.
  • 2. Brush Miracle Whip onto both sides of 1 fish fillet, then dip in crushed chips, turning to evenly coat both sides of fillet with chips. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • 3. Repeat with remaining fish fillets.
  • 4. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
