Potato Chip-Encrusted Fish Recipe
1-1/2 cups crushed kettle-cooked potato chip s
1/4 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
4 cod fillet s (1 lb./450 g)

4 servings, 1 fish fillet (168 g) each
1. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place crushed chips in shallow dish.
2. Brush Miracle Whip onto both sides of 1 fish fillet, then dip in crushed chips, turning to evenly coat both sides of fillet with chips. Place on prepared baking sheet.
3. Repeat with remaining fish fillets.
4. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
