Ingredients

  • 1/2 pomelo, cut in segments
  • 2 blood oranges
  • 41641 fennel bulb
  • 10 mL (2 tsp.) fennel leaves
  • 4 radishes
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp.) Compliments olive oil
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) white wine vinegar
  • 10 mL (2 tsp.) Compliments Maple Syrup
  • To taste, fleur de sel poivre

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the pomelo, oranges, fennel bulb and leaves, and radishes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, and maple syrup.
  • Pour over the pomelo salad.
  • Pepper and salt to taste.
  • Toss gently.
  • Serve with quinoa and grilled fish.
