Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Sara Lee® Butter Bread
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded Mozzarella
  • ¼ cup shredded Cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella
  • 9 pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup ground sausage
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup Ricotta
  • ½ cup sautéed spinach
  • ½ cup sautéed mushrooms
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350?F.
  • Slice the crust off each slice of bread, roll flat with rolling pin, and set aside.
  • For 3 Cheese: Place 3 slices of bread on a nonstick baking tray and spread a tablespoon of marinara on each.
  • Layer with Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
  • Place a second slice of bread on top and pinch edges together using a fork.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • For Meat Lovers: Place 3 slices of bread on a nonstick baking tray and spread a tablespoon of marinara on each.
  • Layer with Mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, and a little more Mozzarella.
  • Place a second slice of bread on top and pinch edges together using a fork.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • For Veggie: Place 3 slices of bread on a nonstick baking tray.
  • Layer each bread slice with Ricotta, sautéed spinach, sautéed mushrooms, and Mozzarella.
  • Top with second slice of bread and pinch edges together using a fork.
  • Mix together garlic and melted butter and brush on top.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
