Ingredients

1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 prepared angel food cake (284 g), cut into 1-inch cubes
6 strawberries, quartered lengthwise

Instructions

1. Whisk pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip.
2. Mix cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until blended. Gently stir in remaining Cool Whip.
3. Place half the cake cubes in 9-inch springform pan; top with layers of cream cheese mixture and remaining cake cubes. Cover with pineapple mixture.
4. Refrigerate 4 hours. Remove rim of pan. Serve dessert topped with strawberries.
