Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 each green, red and yellow pepper , chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion s
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) Heinz Original Beans in Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 8 small flour tortilla s, warmed
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream

Instructions

  • 1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add chili powder and cumin; cook and stir 1 min.
  • 2. Stir in beans; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice.
  • 3. Spoon vegetable mixture onto tortillas; top with remaining ingredients.
