Instructions
1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add chili powder and cumin; cook and stir 1 min.
2. Stir in beans; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice.
3. Spoon vegetable mixture onto tortillas; top with remaining ingredients.
