Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brewed Starbucks® Espresso Roast Dark Roast
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1/4 cup pecan pieces toasted
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Stir hot coffee with maple syrup.
  • Place each scoop of ice cream in small tumbler, dessert glass or stemless martini glass.
  • Pour hot coffee over top.
  • Sprinkle pecans over top.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy.
