Ingredients

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) red wine vinegar
  • 125 ml (½ cup) olive oil
  • 3 pears cored and halved
  • 150 g (5 oz.) herb goat cheese
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) 1% partially skimmed milk M.G.
  • To taste, Balsamic vinegar
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) walnuts
  • To taste, Salt and ground pepper
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) chives, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Combine olive oil, vinegar and rosemary.
  • Place pears in marinade and refrigerate for two hours.
  • Drain well.
  • Using a mixer, whip cheese and milk in a small bowl on low speed until a whipped-cream texture is obtained.
  • Add chives and season to taste.
  • Stuff each pear half with cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  • Top with chives.
