Peach and Whisky Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz (250 mL) Canadian rye whisky
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh lime juice
- 4 cups (1 L) peach cocktail
- 4 cups (1 L) ginger ale
- 6 peaches pitted and sliced
- Crushed ice
- Sliced lime, for garnish

Instructions
- Combine whisky, honey, lime juice and peach cocktail in a large pitcher. Add ginger ale and fresh peaches, and mix gently.
- Fill 8 highball glasses halfway with crushed ice. Pour in cocktail, with a few peach slices in each glass. Garnish with lime and serve.
