Ingredients

  • 8 oz (250 mL) Canadian rye whisky
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh lime juice
  • 4 cups (1 L) peach cocktail
  • 4 cups (1 L) ginger ale
  • 6 peaches pitted and sliced
  • Crushed ice
  • Sliced lime, for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine whisky, honey, lime juice and peach cocktail in a large pitcher. Add ginger ale and fresh peaches, and mix gently.
  • Fill 8 highball glasses halfway with crushed ice. Pour in cocktail, with a few peach slices in each glass. Garnish with lime and serve.
