Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
  • 3/4 cup canned frozen lemonade concentrate (Do not thaw.)
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
  • 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
  • 6 small orange slices, cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger

12 servings, 2/3 cup (75 mL) each

Instructions

  • 1. Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in lemonade concentrate.
  • 2. Refrigerate 15 min. or until slightly thickened.
  • 3. Stir in orange juice and ground ginger. Add Cool Whip; whisk until blended. Pour into loaf pan.
  • 4. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  • 5. Let sorbet stand at room temperature 15 min. to soften slightly before scooping sorbet into dessert dishes to serve. Top with orange pieces and chopped ginger.
