Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Fancy Molasses
  • 500 mL 17% cream
  • 2 Tbsp rum
  • Fresh grated nutmeg

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender on high speed.
  • To thicken the eggnog, add a couple of ice cubes to the blender.
  • Serve with grated nutmeg on top.
