Ingredients

  • 16 Cadbury Mikado milk chocolate biscuit sticks (half a 75 g box)
  • 50 g Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • 200 g bar Cadbury Dairy Milk , chopped into small pieces

Instructions

  • Set aside 8 Mini Eggs.
  • Then use a rolling pin to smash the rest (inside a bag) into ‘confetti’ pieces.
  • Tip into a bowl and set aside.
  • Place the chocolate pieces in a heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave or over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally.
  • Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking parchment.
  • Spoon 16 tablespoons of the melted chocolate onto the paper and place a biscuit stick, with the chocolate-dipped end, into the chocolate puddles.
  • Twist the stick to fully coat the end in the melted chocolate.
  • Repeat with all 16 sticks before placing your 8 mini eggs onto half the puddles.
  • Sprinkle the Mini Egg ‘confetti’ over the top, then set aside in a cool place or in the fridge until set.
