  • 2 Tbsp. Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Product
  • 15 whole grain melba toast rounds
  • 8 grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Instructions

  • Mash avocado with cream cheese product until blended; spread onto toast rounds.
