  • 1 spring onion
  • 0.5 Lemon
  • 10 mL (2 teaspoon) Chives
  • 1 tablespoon Liquid cream half fat
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into 2.
  • Steam for 15 minutes.
  • Thinly slice the herring fillet.
  • Peel and chop the onion.
  • Mash the potatoes with a fork.
  • Mix with the herring and onion.
  • Stir in the preheated cream.
  • Peel and grate the beetroots.
  • Season with salt and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Serve the mashed potatoes and herring along with the grated beetroots.
