Ingredients

  • 1 Compliments pizza crust
  • 125 ml (½ cup) pizza sauce
  • 125 ml (½ cup) onion, chopped
  • 250 ml (1 cup) spinach, roughly chopped
  • 180 g (6 oz.) northern shrimp
  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) marinated ginger
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • To taste, salt and pepper
  • 175 ml (¾ cup) Manchego cheese, grated
  • 90 g (3 oz.) le Marquis de Témiscouata cheese, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place pizza crust on top.
  • Spread tomato sauce over crust.
  • Add remaining ingredients in following order: onions, spinach, shrimp, ginger and sundried tomatoes.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top the pizza with Manchego cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove pizza from oven and garnish with slices of le Marquis de Témiscouata.
  • Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is slightly melted.
  • Serve immediately.
