Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Heinz Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except chicken until blended. Pour half the Worcestershire sauce mixture over chicken in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat chicken.
  • 2. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • 3. Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto 4 skewers.
  • 4. Grill 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining Worcestershire sauce mixture.
