Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Pace® Salsa Verde
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted and diced (about 1 cup)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro

Instructions

  • Stir the salsa, pepper, corn, beans, mango and cilantro in a medium bowl. 
  • Season to taste. 
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
