Icing Sugar Pavlova Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbs boiling water

Instructions
- Beat first four ingredients together in an electric mixer.
- Add boiled water and beat until thick and smooth, approximately 15 minutes.
- Pile mixture thickly onto a baking paper lined oven tray.
- Bake for 2 minutes at 200C, then turn down and cook a further 1½ hours at 100C.
- Leave in oven to cool.
