1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1 pkg (650 g) store-bought pizza dough
1/3 cup (75 mL) Caesar dressing
2 cups (500 mL) shredded Romaine lettuce
1/4 cup (60 mL) shaved Parmesan cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup (60 mL) croutons

Instructions
Toss chicken with 2 tsp (10 mL) olive oil; season with salt.
On lightly floured work surface, divide dough into 2 portions. Roll each portion into 11-inch (29 cm) round, about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick. Brush each side with remaining oil.
Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Grill chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through and internal temperature registers 165°F (74°C). Let stand for 5 minutes; slice thinly.
Meanwhile, grill pizza rounds for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbles start to form on top and bottom is well-marked. Flip over; grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until bottom is well-marked and cooked through. Spread dressing evenly over crusts; top with lettuce, grilled chicken, cheese, bacon and croutons.
