Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 80 mL (1/3 cup) all purpose flour
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) 15% M.F. cream
  • 2 mL (½ tsp.) baking powder
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp.) Sensations by Compliments Goat Cheese Crumbles
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp.) tomato, diced
  • 10 mL (2 tsp.) fresh basil, chopped
  • To taste salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together the egg, flour, oil, cream, and baking powder in the mug. 
  • Add the cheese, tomato, basil, and salt and pepper.
