Ingredients: 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix; 1-1/2 cups pink or blue candy-coated chocolate pieces; 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding; 2 cups cold milk; 6 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping; 3 drops pink or blue food colouring

Ingredients

1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
1-1/2 cups pink or blue candy-coated chocolate pieces
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
6 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
3 drops pink or blue food colouring

Instructions

1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
2. Use small sharp knife to cut 1-inch-wide, 1-1/2-inch-deep hole in top of each cupcake, being careful to not cut through to bottom of cupcake. Discard removed pieces or reserve for snacking. Fill cupcakes with desired colour chocolate pieces, adding about 1 Tbsp. to each.
3. Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in Cool Whip and food colouring. Spoon into pastry bag fitted with large tip; use to pipe Cool Whip mixture onto cupcakes.
