YIELD
12 froyo fruit cups

Instructions

  • Fill each section of the ice cube tray about two-thirds of the way up with yogurt. Drizzle a little bit of honey into each section and stir through.
  • Place the fruit pieces on top of the yogurt and freeze immediately. Leave for three hours.
  • Once frozen, taken the ice cube tray out of the freezer and run the back of the tray under some warm water for a few seconds – this will make it easier to remove the fruit cups.
  • Tip the ice cube tray upside down on to a plate, gently bashing the back of the tray to release the fruit cups.
  • Leave to soften on the plate for a couple of minutes before serving.
