  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Ritz Crackers

Makes 6 cups dip or 48 servings, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) dip and 7 c

Instructions

  • 1. Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended; spread onto plate.
  • 2. Top with layers of all remaining ingredients except crackers.
  • 3. Serve with crackers.
