Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. (450 g) fresh mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
  • 1 cup 25%-less-sodium beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Basic Meatballs
  • 8 cups hot cooked egg noodles

8 servings, 2-1/4 cups (550 mL) each

Instructions

  • Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium heat.
  • Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook 8 to 10 min. or until mushrooms release all their liquid, stirring frequently.
  • Mix cream cheese product, broth, mustard, thyme and paprika until blended.
  • Add to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Add (baked) Basic Meatballs; stir to evenly coat with sauce.
  • Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Serve over noodles.
