Ingredients: 2 cups fresh baby spinach; 1 jar (6 oz) Progresso™ marinated artichoke hearts, drained; 1 cup mayonnaise; 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened; 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese; 1/2 cup sour cream; 2 cloves garlic, peeled; 2 teaspoons hot sauce; 6 slices cooked bacon, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup); 1 box (6.5 oz) Annie’s™ organic buttery rich classics crackers, as desired

Ingredients

2 cups fresh baby spinach
1 jar (6 oz) Progresso™ marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 teaspoons hot sauce
6 slices cooked bacon, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)
1 box (6.5 oz) Annie’s™ organic buttery rich classics crackers, as desired

Instructions

In food processor, process spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, garlic and hot sauce.
Measure 1 tablespoon of the chopped bacon, and reserve.
Add remaining bacon to processor; process 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture is smooth.
Spoon mixture into serving bowl; top with reserved bacon, and serve with crackers.
