Creamy Bacon Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 jar (6 oz) Progresso™ marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 box (6.5 oz) Annie’s™ organic buttery rich classics crackers, as desired

Instructions

  • In food processor, process spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, garlic and hot sauce.
  • Measure 1 tablespoon of the chopped bacon, and reserve.
  • Add remaining bacon to processor; process 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture is smooth.
  • Spoon mixture into serving bowl; top with reserved bacon, and serve with crackers.
