Ingredients

  • 2 slices Villaggio® Artesano Bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) blueberries
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) each toasted flaked coconut and granola

Instructions

  • 1. Stir ricotta cheese with honey. Spread evenly over toast.
  • 2. Arrange blueberries, coconut and granola over top.

Tips:
• The ricotta can be replaced with whipped cream cheese or mascarpone cheese.
• Replace blueberries with strawberries or blackberries if desired.
