Ingredients

  • 1 CUP SILK HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM ALTERNATIVE
  • 3/4 TSP CINNAMON
  • 1 TBSP (VEGAN) POWDERED SUGAR
  • 1/2 TSP VANILLA

Instructions

  • Refrigerate Silk Heavy Whipping Cream Alternative, mixing bowl and beaters for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • The more chilled everything is, the better Silk will whip.
  • Pour Silk into a chilled bowl and add cinnamon, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Beat on high until peaks form, about 2-3 minutes with a hand mixer. (If using a stand mixer, beat for 75-90 seconds on speed 8 or 10.)
  • Keep a close eye, the mixture should hold its shape when beaters are pulled out, but be careful not to overbeat.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • Best if used within a few hours of making.
