Ingredients

For the Cinnamon-Honey Syrup

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup honey

For the Cocktail

  • 2 oz. blended Scotch
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 34 oz. cinnamon-honey syrup

Instructions

Make the syrup:

  • In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil with the cinnamon sticks.
  • Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in honey and refrigerate overnight.
  • The next day, discard the cinnamon sticks.

Make the cocktail:

  • Combine Scotch, lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously into a rocks glass filled with ice.
