Christmas Rum Baubles Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 g Arnott's Marie biscuits
- 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
- 395 g tin condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 30 ml rum
- 1 packet coloured sprinkles

Instructions
- In a food processor, blitz biscuits into a fine crumb. Add coconut and pulse to combine. Pour in condensed milk, vanilla and rum, and pulse until it comes together. Tip out into a bowl.
- With damp hands, roll mixture into balls, then roll in the coloured sprinkles to coat. Refrigerate to harden.
