Ingredients

Base :

  • 2 cups Robin Hood® Oats
  • ½ cup Robin Hood Original All Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Topping :

  • 1 can Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet or a combination)
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Grease and line 9” x 13” (3 L) baking dish with parchment paper, overlapping the two longer sides for easy removal.

Base :

  • Combine oats, flour, sugar and melted butter in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Press mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven 15 to 18 minutes until golden.

Filling :

  • Pour sweetened condensed milk over hot base.
  • Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  • Return to oven and continue baking, 25 to 30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  • Chill about 4 hours or overnight before cutting into squares.
