White chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate melting chocolate (or candy melts) - you want a decent chocolate since this is really the only ingredient you are tasting besides the pretzel.

Instructions
Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stir after each interval.
As it gets closer to melting, reduce time in the microwave to about 10 seconds - don't want it to burn.
Dip pretzels in chocolate, use a spoon to help cover the pretzel. Tap pretzel on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
Decorate with sprinkles and place in a glass to dry.
