  • ¼ cup (60 mL) icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 (510 g) McCain® Deep’n Delicious® Chocolate Cake, cut and thawed
  • 3 cups (750 mL) mixed fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and/or sliced strawberries)

Instructions

  •  Purée raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in blender until smooth; strain.
