  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 2 tsp lime rind grated
  • 1 tsp chilli fresh chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic fresh minced

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
