Ingredients

  • 1 frozen deep-dish pie shell (9 inch), thawed
  • 1 red pepper , chopped
  • 2 green onions , chopped
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
  • 1/3 cup fully cooked bacon pieces
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  • 1. Prick bottom and side of pie shell with fork. Bake 8 min. or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, cook peppers in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • 2. Reduce oven temperature to 375°F. Spread peppers onto bottom of pie shell; top with onions, cheese and bacon pieces. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in pie shell. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
  • 3. Bake 50 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
