Carrot and Pineapple Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cup plain flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cup carrot grated peeled
- 450 g (crushed) canned pineapple
- 1 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 4 egg
- 1 cup pecans

Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
- Add carrot, undrained pineapple, oil, eggs and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a greased and lined lamington pan.
- Bake at 180C for approximately 50 minutes or until cooked.
