Ingredients

  • 1 package (17 ¾ oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Cookie Baking Mix with Butterfinger Baking Bits
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  • PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Line large rimmed baking sheet (17 x 11-inch) with foil. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • COMBINE melted butter and sugar in large bowl. Stir in Cookie Mix until crumbly. Gently stir in BUTTERFINGER® Baking Bits until combined.
  • SPRINKLE dough across prepared baking sheet. Press dough to cover sheet, about 1/4-inch thick.
  • BAKE for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Lift brittle from foil and break into pieces.
  • FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (3,500 to 6,000 feet): Add 1 tablespoon water and 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour. Bake as directed.
