Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1 pkt MAGGI Butter Chicken Recipe Base
  • 3/4 cup (190mL) lite cream
  • 1 pkt mini poppadoms
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 4 cups Cooked basmati rice, to serve

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a medium frying pan over medium high heat; add chicken, cook until browned.  
  • Combine MAGGI Butter Chicken Recipe Base and cream, add to cooked stir while cooking until thickened.
  • Meanwhile, place 5 poppadoms at a time in the microwave at a time. Cook on High (100%) for 30 seconds or until cooked. Repeat with remaining poppadoms.
  • Sprinkle chicken with coriander and serve with poppadoms and rice.
  • Handy Hint: If desired, serve with finely chopped cucumber and peanuts.
