Ingredients

  • Pur Vodka: 60 mL (2 oz.)
  • Clamato: 120 mL (4 oz.)
  • Sweet pickle juice: 15 mL (1/2 oz.)
  • Lemon: 1/8
  • Basil: 5 leaves
  • Worcestershire sauce: 2 drops
  • Hot sauce
  • *Optional garnishes: basil leaves, cucumber slice.
  • Highball glass
  • Pestle
  • Bar spoon
  • Ice
  • Soup plate (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the lemon wedge, four of the basil leaves, and the pickle juice in a large highball glass.
  • Crush with a pestle.
  • Add the Pur Vodka, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and Clamato.
  • Add the ice and mix gently with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with the last basil leaf and any other toppings of your choosing.
