Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 container (454 g) ricotta cheese
  • 5 eggs, divided
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. icing sugar

Instructions

  • 1. Beat cream cheese, ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, lemon zest and juice with mixer until blended.
  • 2. Whisk remaining eggs, granulated sugar, flour, butter, milk and baking powder in separate bowl until blended. Spread 1/3 of the batter onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with cream cheese mixture, then spoonfuls of the remaining batter.
  • 3. Bake 45 to 55 min. or until centre is set. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
