Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese, ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, lemon zest and juice with mixer until blended.
2. Whisk remaining eggs, granulated sugar, flour, butter, milk and baking powder in separate bowl until blended. Spread 1/3 of the batter onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with cream cheese mixture, then spoonfuls of the remaining batter.
3. Bake 45 to 55 min. or until centre is set. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
