BBQ Potato, Bacon & Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
  • 1/3 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
  • 3 lb. small red potatoes, cooked, quartered
  • 1 can (12 fl oz /341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onions
  • 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

Makes 12 servings, about 1/2 cup each.

Instructions

  • 1. Mix dressing, barbecue sauce and mustard in large bowl.
  • 2. Add all remaining ingredients except for the bacon bits; mix lightly.
  • 3. Sprinkle top of salad with bacon bits. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
