Ingredients

  • 220 g (1 pack) Sushi à la maison Bang Bang shrimps
  • To taste, Sushi à la maison Bang Bang Mayo
  • 500 mL (2 cups) sushi rice, cooked and seasoned*
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) cucumber, diced
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) mangoes, cubed
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) chives, chopped
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) green onions, finely sliced

Instructions

  • Cook the Bang Bang shrimps according to the instructions on the product packaging.
  • Note that it is best to fry the shrimp.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked or fried shrimps with the Bang Bang Mayo, coating them well.
  • Place 1 cup of rice in the centre of 2 bowls.
  • Place the cucumbers, mangoes, chives, and green onions around the rice and top with Bang Bang shrimps.
  • Serve immediately.
