  • Rice Krispies* cereal
  • Firm ripe bananas
  • Wooden sticks
  • Peanut butter

Instructions

  • Regular Method :
  • Peel bananas and slice crosswise into halves.
  • Insert wooden sticks about 5 cm (2") into end of each banana piece.
  • Spread thickly with peanut butter and roll in Rice Krispies* cereal.
  • Eat immediately or cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
  • Thaw frozen bananas about 5 minutes before serving.
  • Variation 1 :
  • Spread banana with peanut butter, then your favourite jam; roll in cereal.
  • Eat immediately.
