½ cup GoAvo spread (or use 1 ripe, mashed avocado)
4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
3 tablespoons diced red onion
2 green onion, sliced thin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or cheese of your choice)
5-6 Tortillas (8 or 10 inch diameter)

Instructions
In a large bowl combine all ingredients for the avocado chicken salad. Mix until evenly coated.
Using a spoon or offset spatula, spread the mixture over each tortilla, going all the way to the edges, and roll up tightly. Repeat this process with remaining chicken salad/tortillas.
Slice with a sharp knife into 1 inch slices. You can slice them immediately or wrap tightly in seran wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
