Amazing Fruit Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg mixed fruit dried
- 600 ml chocolate flavoured milk
- 2 cups self-raising flour

Instructions
- Place fruit in a bowl and cover with flavoured milk. Mix and refrigerate overnight.
- Add the self-raising flour and mix well.
- Grease and line a cake tin with baking paper.
- Pour mixture into cake tin and cook for 1½ hours in a preheated 180C oven.
