Ingredients

  • 1 kg mixed fruit dried
  • 600 ml chocolate flavoured milk
  • 2 cups self-raising flour

Instructions

  • Place fruit in a bowl and cover with flavoured milk. Mix and refrigerate overnight.
  • Add the self-raising flour and mix well.
  • Grease and line a cake tin with baking paper.
  • Pour mixture into cake tin and cook for 1½ hours in a preheated 180C oven.
