Afghans with Weet-Bix Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Weet-Bix
- 200 g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar. Stir in flour and cocoa until well mixed together.
- Fold in 3 crushed Weet-Bix and add one more if required.
- Spoon mounds into cupcake papers or straight onto an oven tray.
- Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
- Remove and cool on a wire rack before icing with chocolate icing.
