Ingredients

  • 4 Weet-Bix
  • 200 g butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Cream butter and sugar. Stir in flour and cocoa until well mixed together.
  • Fold in 3 crushed Weet-Bix and add one more if required.
  • Spoon mounds into cupcake papers or straight onto an oven tray.
  • Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
  • Remove and cool on a wire rack before icing with chocolate icing.
