1. Mix dry cake mix and spices, then use to prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
2. Beat dry pudding mixes, sugar, milk and water in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in apples; spoon evenly over batter. Place dish on rimmed baking sheet.
3. Bake 1 hour 10 min. to 1 hour 15 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool slightly. (Sauce will thicken slightly as it cools.)
