St. Paddy’s Reuben

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bakery Bread
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices corned beef
  • 2 tablespoons sauerkraut
  • 1 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place one slice, butter side down on a skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Layer on one slice of Swiss cheese, followed by corned beef, sauerkraut,
  • Thousand Island dressing, and the second slice of Swiss.
  • Top with second slice of bread, butter side up.
  • Flip and cook intermittently until cheese is melted and golden brown (approximately 5 minutes).
