Ingredients

  • 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 2 Tbsp. Renée's Caesar ½ Fat Dressing
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
  • 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 4 eggs

4 servings, 1 slice (225 g) each

Instructions

  • Place crust on pizza pan; spread with dressing to within 1/2 inch of edge of crust.
  • Top with cheeses and spinach.
  • Press 4 evenly spaced (2-inch-diameter) wells in toppings, being careful to not press all the way through to bottom of crust.
  • Slip 1 cracked egg into each well.
  • Bake 13 to 15 min. or until edges of crust are golden brown, egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
